A Living, Closed-Loop Cycle

We combine heritage knowledge with technical innovation to grow sustainable food year-round in Minnesota.

01. Fish Cultivation

In our Minnesota farm, we raise premium Tilapia and Yellow Perch. These fish produce natural nutrients, forming the organic foundation of our closed-loop aquaponics system.

02. Nutrient Bio-filtration

Nutrient-rich water is continuously filtered and circulated through our greenhouse. This chemical-free bio-filtration ensures a stable, clean environment for both our fish and our specialty herbs.

03. Specialty Herb Growth

Traditional H.Mong herbs absorb the nutrients to grow year-round. This process purifies the water, which is then recycled back to the fish, completing our truly sustainable ecosystem.

The Foundation of Resilience

Reduced Water Usage
Zero Chemical Runoff
Year-Round Stability

Our closed-loop aquaponics system recycles water continuously, using up to 90% less than traditional soil-based farming methods while supporting healthy fish growth.

By balancing plant and fish life naturally, we eliminate the need for synthetic fertilizers and chemical runoff, protecting Minnesota’s precious water heritage.

Our controlled environment model allows for uninterrupted growth in all conditions, providing a resilient and reliable local food source for our community.
